There is an item in the range that you don't have listed currently, would you still be able to print it for me?

As long as it is an item that I hold a licence for, I will aim to add it to the catalogue for you as soon as possible.

Is it possible to have an item rescaled?

Depending on the licence restrictions for the item in question it may be possible. Please message me directly for any queries or quotes.

For small scale changes i.e. 28mm to 32mm, there will be no additional charge. However for larger scale changes a small fee will be added for this service.

How will my item be packed for delivery?

Each item is placed in bubble wrap and surrounded with packaging peanuts, to avoid damage in transit.

How long will it take for my order to be completed?

All items are printed to order and have a processing time of 1-3 weeks, with the aim of dispatching earlier where possible.

What colour will my item be printed in?

All items are printed in a grey resin or filament.

*Please not in the case grey is unavailable we will contact you in regards to alternative available colours.

Refunds & Returns

My order arrived damaged, what is the procedure to have it replaced?

Please contact us with a photo of the damaged item with your order number, and an appropriate replacement will be arranged.

I would like to return an item

A refund must be applied for within 14 days of the original shipping date.

To arrange a refund, please contact us with your order number and a list of items being returned.

Upon receipt of the item a refund of the initial purchase price will be provided.

*Please note return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
